๐ A Place to Remember
The River
How We Begin to Move
From the Forest. Through the Learning. To the Ocean. The River does not ask where you have been. It only asks: are you willing to flow? This is where the journey begins to move โ not by force, but by current.
What the River Knows
Movement Without Force
A river does not decide to flow. It does not push against the landscape or argue with the shape of the valley. It simply follows the path of least resistance โ which is not the same as the path of least effort. Rivers carve canyons. They reshape continents. They do it slowly, persistently, without urgency.
This is the quality the River teaches: movement that is aligned with what is true, rather than forced against what is resistant. Not passivity โ presence. Not drift โ direction.
When you find your current, you will know it. Not because it is easy, but because it feels like coming home to something you forgot you already knew.
The Journey
Where the River Comes From. Where It Goes.
The River begins in the Forest โ in the deep underground connection, the slow root-work, the questions asked in the dark. It gathers there, in the hidden places, until it finds a way through.
And it ends in the Ocean โ in the vast undivided field where all the separate streams of the Family finally meet. Where the water that was never divided returns to the place it never left.
You are somewhere on that journey right now. The River knows where you are. It has always known.
An Invitation
Let Yourself Flow
You do not need to know where the River is taking you. You only need to be willing to move โ to release the bank you have been holding, to trust the current that is already beneath you.
The River has been waiting for you. It is patient. It is not in a hurry. And it will carry you all the way to the Ocean, if you let it.
